Nimbus Disability The Access Card

To help us provide the best possible service, we’ve partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card; a universal way of communicating your access requirements as a disabled person. Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we require all access bookers to provide us with a Nimbus registration number in order to qualify for any access discounts available at the time of booking. Registering is a three-step process and completely free.

GalaPro Logo

We’ve teamed up with GalaPro, a revolutionary mobile app that enhances the audience experience by providing closed captioning and audio description via your own mobile device. All content is provided in real time, using speech recognition technology, developed specifically for live performances and shows. With GalaPro everyone can enjoy the show at every single performance.

GalaPro is now available for all performances of Hamilton at the Victoria Palace Theatre and The Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre.

Please be aware that due to the nature of live performance, there may be slight delays between the GalaPro app and the action on stage.
