If you are feeling unwell, email our customer service team at least 48 hours prior to the performance and we'll do everything we can to exchange your tickets (fees apply). You can also do this yourself online by following these simple steps.
Only bring one small bag that can be stored under your seat. To store larger items, please contact Stasher.com before you arrive.
Bring a contactless payment card, as our theatres are cashless.

Our performances start on time and latecomers may not be admitted.
Beat any bar queues and pre-order your drinks and snacks before
you arrive.
Please note: You may not bring food or drink purchased elsewhere into our theatres.
No filming, photography or phone use during the performance.
Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter
our theatres.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by and sat next to a ticketholder who is at least 18 years old.
Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted. Check individual show pages on our
website for any specific age recommendations or restrictions.
